Refund and Return Policy

At Utano Health, we strive to provide high-quality wellness products and services to support your journey to better health. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below to understand your options.


1. Digital Products and Services

Refunds for Digital Products (e.g., E-books, Online Courses, Subscriptions)

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

  • If you experience technical issues or are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@utanohealth.com within 7 days of your purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund if the product is deemed defective or not as described.

Cancellation of Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.

  • Refunds for subscription payments are not provided unless there is a technical issue or error on our part.


2. Physical Products

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • If you are unsatisfied with a physical product, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@utanohealth.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Ship the product back to us at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is received.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).


3. Wellness Services (e.g., Consultations, Coaching)

Cancellation and Refunds

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a service (e.g., consultation, coaching session), please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund.

  • If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us at info@utanohealth.com to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address the issue and may offer a refund or credit at our discretion.


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded.

  • Services that have already been rendered.

  • Products or services purchased during a sale or promotional period (unless otherwise stated).


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@utanohealth.com with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
