In 2024, Utano Health Solutions facilitated a transformative wellness session at the Kampala headquarters of Pearl Dairy, the renowned producers of Lato Dairy Products. This high-impact engagement was part of the company’s broader commitment to promoting employee health, productivity, and overall well-being.

 

The session featured comprehensive Biometric Wellness Measurements, including checks for weight, height, BMI, blood pressure, and body composition. These assessments provided employees with a snapshot of their current health status and served as a foundation for personalized advice and lifestyle improvement.

 

Alongside biometric assessments, Utano Health Solutions together with their partners Safe Places Uganda delivered expert-led talks on stress management, physical fitness, mental health awareness, and healthy nutrition. Employees also benefited from one-on-one consultations that offered practical, tailored guidance on managing daily stress, improving energy levels, and making sustainable health choices.

 

This collaborative effort empowered staff with tools to take control of their wellness while positioning Pearl Dairy as a proactive, employee-centered organization that prioritizes health and performance in the workplace.
