Utano Health Solutions is proud to implement a comprehensive employee wellness program for Deloitte Uganda from 2024 to 2025, in partnership with Clarkson Insurance Brokers. This initiative extends beyond Uganda, providing online wellness engagements to Deloitte offices across East Africa and beyond.

 

The program encompasses the formulation of an Employee Wellness Policy tailored specifically for Deloitte East Africa, ensuring a structured and sustainable approach to workforce health. It features interactive wellness talks designed to educate and motivate staff on a range of important health topics.

 

We conduct biometric wellness measurements for employees, providing detailed reports that help identify health risks early. Comprehensive health risk assessments form a core part of the program. Covering physical, mental, and emotional well-being, the program provides a holistic approach to employee health.

 

To boost participation and sustain momentum, the program includes engaging wellness challenges with exciting incentives, encouraging staff to adopt healthier lifestyles. Additionally, user-friendly wellness apps are integrated to facilitate communication, track progress, and foster a supportive wellness community throughout the organization.
