At Utano Health, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent delivery experience for all our customers. This Product Delivery Policy outlines how and when you can expect to receive your purchased items.


1. Delivery Methods

Physical Products

We offer shipping for tangible items such as:

•Health supplements

•Wellness kits

•Fitness gear

Orders are processed and shipped via trusted in-house carriers

Digital Products

For items such as:

•eBooks

•Health & wellness courses in-house

•Meal plans and workout guides

These are delivered via email or are available for instant download upon successful payment.

2. Order Processing Time

•Physical Products: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

•Digital Products: Delivered instantly or within 15 minutes of payment confirmation.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to location, customs delays, or unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and delivery method. Free shipping may be available for select products or promotions.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a phone call and/or email containing:

•Tracking number

•Carrier information

•Estimated delivery time / date

6. Failure to Receive Delivery

If a delivery attempt is made and the recipient is not available to receive the package, the following applies:

•The carrier may leave a notice for redelivery or pickup at a local depot.

•It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier and ensure redelivery or collect the package within the carrier’s holding period.

•If the package is returned to Utano Health due to repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept delivery, we may:

•Reship the item at the customer’s expense, or

•Issue a partial refund if payment was made, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Note: Utano Health is not responsible for delays or loss resulting from failure to receive delivery due to absence or incorrect address.

8. Incorrect Address Policy

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Utano Health is not liable for lost or misrouted shipments due to incorrect address details submitted at checkout.
