Adventist Medical Evangelist’s Network

In 2023, Utano Health Solutions had the privilege of facilitating a specialized training session for medical professionals and students in *Nairobi, Kenya*, organized by the *Adventist Medical Evangelist’s Network (AMEN)*.  

 

The training was designed to equip participants across various medical disciplines with a *holistic, lifestyle-based approach* to patient care. Emphasis was placed on integrating *nutrition, stress management, quality sleep, and regular physical activity* into the management of chronic health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and mental health disorders.  

 

This initiative aimed to bridge the gap between clinical care and lifestyle medicine, encouraging healthcare providers to consider the whole person—body, mind, and environment—in treatment planning. The program reflected Utano Health Solutions’ commitment to advancing preventive and integrative healthcare across Africa.
